It is hard to believe it is already March!
Conferences as mentioned are tomorrow and Friday. You should have received the link for the zoom and important information about the conferences last night. Their report cards came home this afternoon and are in their secret pouch of their planners. I have told the students they do not need to bring their planners to school tomorrow due to the early dismissal and our busy schedule in the morning. In their poetry book is a 100 Snakes and Ladders game that they should show you - get them to skip count by 2's, 5's, 10's, 20's, 25's and 50's. As you can see they have made a key to explain the colours and symbols. Then enjoy playing the game. If they use two dice they could add or subtract to find out how many they get to move. Enjoy!
This afternoon we had a special presentation on zoom by the BC Lions and Fortis BC about how we can help to save energy. Please ask your child to share all the different ways (there are 10!).
Unfortunately you can't see these in person but this is how your children think they will look when they are 100 years old! They loved this art project and all did an amazing job!
